Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively for consumers.

Consumers are defined by the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) and are thus natural or legal persons who are not entrepreneurs.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract, correction possibilities

The purchase contract is concluded with Milica Dzajic.

By placing the products in the online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially put our products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.

3. Contract language, contract text storage

The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German

We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions in text form. For security reasons, the contract text is no longer accessible via the Internet.

4. Prices and shipping costs

The prices displayed in the webshop apply to all transactions. For transactions between companies, the prices quoted, unless otherwise expressly stated, are exclusive of sales tax. For retail sales, the prices, unless otherwise expressly stated, are inclusive of value-added tax. The webshop automatically displays the prices with the corresponding tax rates.

The company's selling prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are borne by the customer [end customer]. The actual shipping costs and a reasonable overhead surcharge will be invoiced for shipping. Our items are shipped in cooperation with our shipping partner, the Austrian Post AG.

5. Delivery conditions

In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may also be incurred. You will find more details about possible shipping costs in the offers.

We deliver by shipping route. Self-collection of the goods is possible.

We do not deliver to packing stations.

6. Import and customs regulations and export provisions

The customer is responsible for complying with the import and customs regulations of the respective country for each order. All consequences resulting from illegal goods shipment abroad, non-compliance with import and customs regulations of foreign countries (including transit regulations), incorrect or insufficient completion of the customs contents declaration, the green customs label or other accompanying documents, as well as non-compliance with the applicable export regulations, are at the expense of the customer. This also applies to damages incurred by the sender due to loss of entitlement to compensation if the shipment is confiscated by the customs authorities of a foreign country. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain information about the recipients of the shipments, the foreign representations of the destination or transit countries, the foreign trade offices, the chambers of industry and commerce or other bodies.

7. Payment

In our shop, the following payment methods are generally available to you:

PayPal

In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal after the goods have been dispatched. You will receive further instructions during the order process.​

Bank Transfer​

As an additional payment method, we offer you the option of settling the invoice amount by bank transfer. After completing your order, you will receive the necessary bank details to carry out the transfer. Please note that the processing time for transfers can vary and we can only dispatch your order after receipt of payment.

8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

9. Transport Damages

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damages, please complain about such errors as soon as possible to the deliverer and please contact us immediately. The failure to make a complaint or to establish contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, you help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.

10. Warranty and guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies. Information about any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with each product and on special information pages in the online shop.

 

11. Liability

For claims based on damages caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation:

  • in case of injury to life, body or health,

  • in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

  • in case of guarantee promises, if agreed, or

  • as far as the scope of the Product Liability Act is opened.

In the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfilment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely (cardinal obligations) through slight negligence on our part, on the part of our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the liability is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected.

Furthermore, claims for damages are excluded.

12. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here. We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.

13. Youth protection

If your order includes goods whose sale is subject to age restrictions, we ensure by means of a reliable process involving a personal identity and age check that the orderer has reached the required minimum age. The deliverer only hands over the goods after the age check has been carried out and only to the orderer personally.

14. Discount

In order to reward our customers for prompt payment, we offer a discount of 2% if you settle the invoice amount within the first 1-2 days after ordering. This applies to all payment methods and helps you save even more.
