We place great importance on the protection of your personal data. The processing of your data is carried out in accordance with the regulations of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Data Protection Act (DSG), and the Telecommunications Act (TKG).
In this privacy policy, we would like to inform you about the scope and purpose of data processing, as well as your rights and other relevant aspects.
1.1 Personal Data
Personal data is present according to Art. 4 Z 1 GDPR if there are details relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. A person is considered identifiable if they can be identified directly or indirectly. Personal data includes, for example, name, address, IP address, email address, etc.

2. Collection and Processing of Your Personal Data
The purpose of processing your data is to operate the website and to execute the contract, including related activities (management of your account, processing of payment and shipping, etc.). Your personal data will only be used if the purpose requires it and a justification is present.
As part of the operation of our website, the following data are stored and processed:

2.1 Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data
Data consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR Your consent is present if you have given your consent in advance to certain, clearly defined processing operations (in particular subscription to our newsletter or use of cookies). Your consent can be revoked at any time.
Contract fulfilment and contract initiation according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR The processing of your personal data is permissible to initiate business relationships and to process them after the conclusion of the contract.
Fulfillment of legal obligations according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR The processing of your personal data is permissible in order to comply with legal obligations. In particular, the Federal Tax Code and the Corporate Code prescribe retention obligations (7 years).
The deletion of the data takes place after these periods have expired, with the necessity of data retention being checked every three years.
Legitimate interests according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR The processing of your personal data is permissible if we have a legitimate interest in the processing (e.g., answering your inquiries, etc.).
2.2 Newsletter
On our website, we offer the option to subscribe to our newsletter. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we regularly inform you about our offers.
The processing of the associated data (in particular name, IP address, and email address) is based on your consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR.
You can cancel the subscription to the newsletter at any time. You can find details on this in the confirmation email and in each newsletter.
3. Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer by your internet browser. On the one hand, they serve to optimize our online offer, on the other hand, to recognize the users. As a rule, these are "session cookies" which are deleted after your visit. However, in some cases, "permanent cookies" are also set, which are not deleted after your visit.
For cookies that are not technically necessary, we will obtain your consent (see: 2.1.).
If cookies are absolutely necessary for functional reasons, processing is also permissible without your consent according to § 96 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
4. Integration of Third-Party Plugins
Our website includes so-called plugins from the third-party providers listed below. When you visit one of our pages that contains such a plugin (recognizable by the logo of the third-party provider), a direct connection to the provider of the plugin is established. As a result, your data is transmitted to the third-party provider; as the operator of the website, we have no influence on which personal data is transmitted. At least, however, the third-party provider receives the information that you have visited our website. If you have an account with one of the third-party providers, your data can be linked.

6. Data Security Measures
We continuously optimize our security precautions to protect your personal data from unauthorized access by third parties. All personal data is transmitted encrypted. Despite the greatest care, we assume no liability for unlawful interventions by third parties.
